Stage 4

Žiri–Vidicov dom–Ledine–Na Ravnah–Kladje–Koča na Ermanovcu

Stage 4 is diverse and the longest route of the Loka Trail. It starts in Žiri with the majority running along the Idrija hills in a west/northwest direction. The path slightly goes up to Vidic dom lodge (764m) and Gorenji Vrsnik village all the way to the village of Ledine (784m). Then the trail passes Sivka (1008m) in the direction of Bevkov vrh (1051m) to Podlanišče settlement. It is not much further to Ermanovec mountain lodge (968m). Stage 4 is one of the more complex Loka Trails, mainly due to its length as the hiker should be well prepared.
